After lunch, we’ll begin our 4-hour descent on-foot to the river at the bottom of Colca Canyon Tour. Along the way, take time to appreciate the diverse vegetation as well as the geological formations of the canyon. Once we reach the heart of the canyon, we’ll cross the San Juan de Chuccho suspension bridge into town. Here, we’ll spend the night with a local family in basic but authentic accommodations.
